Pollo Tropical in Hialeah

I won't even complain about the fact that they don't have tomato and lettuce (because of covid apparently) but just straight up just didn't get my order right. The food wasn't even that bad I'm just a little upset that I couldn't eat what I paid for.

Quesadilla wrap was awesome and very quick and friendly staff!!

Fast service and great food

Had a good old Tropichop with Chicken and everything that they have available, the fried yuka and lemonade, if you like curry mustard and garlic sauce, this is the place to go. Although they do have their good and bad days. You might go and get a decent amount of food and go the next day and get a smaller portion than the day before.I am still going anyways😄👍👏.

Good, but really long time waiting on the drive thru

They were better when they first started, but now the black beans are bland and watery not thick and savory as they should be. The chicken is good but they are tiny, it takes two to feed a family of four.

HORRIBLE service. I made an order through Postmates and they cancelled it without consulting with me first. I waited ONE HOUR for my food Tobe cancelled. LAZY.

Never seen someone swing my food around out the drive thru windows with horrible customer service. Just left right now and the drive thru cashier obviously doesnt want to be there. These people need to hire those who will gladly work with a smile.

Great food but I was unsatisfied with their service when I ordered online. Took over an hour to receive my order and I was given a hard time. Not the typical service I have gotten here so I was taken by surprise.

Food was very good. They have such good sauces for dipping! Good service too. Plenty of people working in the back and very spacious seating area.

This place is the best!!! 10/10 would recommend

The taste of the food in this place is very tasty. It is a place of mostly Cuban food. The prices are quite normal neither too expensive nor too cheap, but the food portions are very small. The service and customer service is very bad, especially in the drive thru employees have very bad attention. I recommend checking the orders in the drive thru well because most of the time they forget or exchange the orders. It is a place that I visit frequently and many of the employees attend with a very bad character and rarely help you to feel pleased.

The food is great but these people dont know how to take instructions. Every single time I go I ask for a tropichop with no beans, and they still manage to screw it up without fail.

Good food fast service.

This place is always clean and they seem to know what they are doing. They guy in the drive-thru is so efficient. He is able to take your order in seconds, and of course I'm always talking about what customer service means in a bussiness. The customer service in this place is simply AWESOME!!

Food was horrible. The chicken very dry overcooked. The rice sticky the black beans water & beans not the flavor their beans used to have. Absolutely horrible. But the most important thing is that people on the drive thru are not using a mask and when they paid never used the mask but the employees are told they can't ask anyone to use a mask. HELLO???? Never going back because my husband and I both got stomach upset and were disgusted about their food.

We ordered a group order for Many people. It was all wrong. The gave us wings when we didnt want that. And it had feathers!!!! Yellow Rice was extremely sticky . Cashier 41# ordered watever she wanted and we coudnt even it. That feather was disgusting. Do no recomend this place.

Long waiting time, they did not have chicken brest ready. Good customer service, the place was clean. Good food quality.

I waited 30 minutes for my food. Finally when I approached the register, the manager told me that they are out of the trio I ordered. No offer to prepare something just "We are out of the trio." I do not recommend this place based on service experience.Management: please also clean the floors, they are filthy.

Pollo tropical have been a tradition in South Florida for many years to come now one of the best Fast Food restaurant offering from chicken, steaks and churrascos always with perfect portions of rice and beans and the famous .......YUCA FRITA !!!!!

Good place to get it Hispanic food

The reason I love this place is simple : All work fine. Also, they have at the drive thru line an employee taking orders from customers before you make it to the window, for faster response

Everything is good about pollo tropical but the drive thru is so uncomfortable and the exit here is ridiculous, people can't can't get out because of the traffic, everything else is very good and service is great....

I would NOT waste my money on this location. I got 2 tropichops and mine was barely filled while my boyfriends was filled up. Barely any rice and only 3 pieces of churrasco.. had to ask 3 times for cilantro sauce but the lady was too busy talking to her coworkers about her personal life and did not give it to me. HORRIBLE.

Tripichop are the best ones but sometimes they dont filled up

The food at this particular Pollo Tropical is exceptional! Moist, hot chicken; ribs seasoned and well cooked. Staff are very energetic and friendly. Will go back again!

The Caribbean Chicken Soup could've had more chicken in it, but the soup was perfect for a chilly night. The Fried Yuca was on point.

Ease of use!

With my food I ordered a Sprite and towards the bottom of the cup there were black things floating. I imagine is from the filters either of the ice or drink machine which they don't clean! 🤢🤢

Asked for a Churrasco - the lady asked: do we still have Churrasco? -Yes, for one portion only. Well, it was not only the last portion, it was cut in very tiny pieces I guess to make a veey small portion look bigger, and it was served dead cold, they didn't even warm it up. Worst experience ever, not what you expect from Pollo Tropical.
